Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Omny Studio is a private content production tool. Access is reserved to people approved by its administrators. This page explains which personal data we process and why.

Data we collect

  • Account data: first and last name, email address, username and a hashed password.
  • If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture as shared by Google. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
  • Content you upload or generate in the studio (images, videos, audio, prompts).
  • Technical data needed for security: sign-in times, IP address and browser information, kept in logs and in the session store.

Why we use it

  • To create and protect your account and let administrators approve it.
  • To send service emails: email confirmation, approval and password reset.
  • To run the generation tools you use and keep your work available to you.

Who processes it

  • Hetzner Online (Germany): servers, database and file storage, in the EU.
  • Resend: delivery of service emails.
  • Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”, to confirm your identity.
  • AI model providers (such as fal.ai and OpenRouter): only the inputs you submit to a generation, to produce its result.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account exists. Files you move to the trash are deleted after 15 days. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or limit its processing. Write to aofm.brucewayne@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
